At Melbourne Media Agency, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the work we deliver. However, due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be provided unless a major issue arises, as detailed below.
1. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to Melbourne Media Agency for services rendered, including but not limited to marketing, content creation, and branding services, are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. This includes one-time projects, subscription packages, and retainer fees.
2. Major Issues and Refund Eligibility
A refund will only be considered if a major issue arises during the course of our work, such as:
Failure to deliver services as agreed upon in the initial service contract or project scope.
Significant error or omission that materially impacts the value of the service provided.
In these cases, we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and will provide a resolution, which may include a partial refund, a credit toward future services, or rectification of the issue at no additional cost. Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
3. Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are dissatisfied with the work provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverables to discuss the issue. While refunds are not available, we will work diligently to address your concerns, offer revisions where appropriate, and ensure that the service meets the agreed-upon standards.
4. No Refunds for Delays
We do not provide refunds for service delays unless these delays are caused by significant errors on our part or failure to meet key deadlines specified in our contract. Minor delays caused by third-party platforms or external factors beyond our control do not qualify for a refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project or services after payment has been made, no refund will be provided, as services have already been committed and/or delivered.
Agency-Initiated Cancellation: If Melbourne Media Agency terminates services for any reason other than a breach by the client, we will offer a refund for any services not rendered at the time of termination.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund due to a major issue, please contact us via email at info@melbournemediaagency.com within 7 days of receiving the deliverables. Provide detailed information about the issue, and we will review your request in a timely manner.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes or claims arising from this policy will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.
